All orders are shipped via Fedex Express and provided with tracking information. Items typically arrive 2-3 business days after shipping.
Returns must be made within 14 business days of delivery and are only accepted for defected items. Customers must contact us at CS@IISE.CO before making a return.
The returned item(s) must be unworn and the original tags must be attached and shipped with tracking information. Please note – customers will not be refunded for initial shipping costs.
Store credit for our online store will be given for the retail price of item(s) purchased. Once item(s) are received and inspected, store credit will be issued for returned items. We are not responsible for risk of loss or damage during return shipment.
Items purchased during seasonal sales cannot be returned or exchanged.
Orders typically ship within 5 business days. You will receive an email with your tracking information one your order is shipped. If you do not receive an email within 3 days of of placing your order, please email us at CS@IISE.CO.
Please note that all international orders are shipped delivery duties unpaid (DDU). Customs, duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. When you place an international order, you agree to pay any applicable customs, duties, or taxes imposed by your country.
Unfortunately, we cannot calculate these charges prior to your order being placed, and are unable to cover them for customers. Any applicable fees will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery. If duties and taxes are not paid for by the customer and there is a refusal upon delivery, customers will not be reimbursed for their order.
